The Seedling Foods founders are two moms who noticed kids were not getting the nourishment they need at lunch. Their philosophy is that nutrition and the enjoyment of food is just as important as outside play for kids. The brand was designed to reflect freshness, simplicity, and a connection to nature — all values central to their mission of delivering healthy, consciously crafted lunches to growing children. The green and light brown color palette evokes natural ingredients, earthiness, and growth, while the serif font adds a sense of trust and tradition. The two leaves incorporated into the logo symbolize nourishment and care, reinforcing Seedling’s promise to provide wholesome, real food made with integrity. Together, these elements create a warm, approachable brand that feels both nurturing and reliable to parents and schools alike.
